Just another day in Toronto.
Coming back from work and someone has their junk out, urinating on the platform at Yonge–Bloor Station.
During rush hour.
Thousands of people trying to get home, and somehow this is part of the commute xp.
DJT jinxed the Knicks on Monday but I'm not sure what's happening tonight. 🏀 #NBAFinals
@puzzlepurse.bsky.social Feels odd to say I walked by here and thought of you but our first correspondence on here was over your pic of this locale.
Will STAR WARS: THE MANDALORIAN AND GROGU go down in history as the best entry in the long-running Star Wars canon? No. The answer is ANDOR. But it was certainly a fun way to spend 2+ hours in a darkened IMAX auditorium. Best of all, I didn't have to watch 3 seasons of the show to follow the story 📽️

The Venn diagram here: 3 of 6 from 1997, 4 of 6 directed by Atom Egoyan. And yes, I know there was an EXOTICA screening in Toronto with a Q&A featuring Egoyan himself, but I still love seeing this.
Recent acquisitions. 📽️📚
42 years ago today, Ghostbusters and Gremlins opened in Toronto cinemas. I wasn't there to experience the double feature phenomenon firsthand—I was still in utero—but it's fun to look back at these newspaper ads from one of the biggest movie weekends of 1984. 📽️

Heading out to see a Star War in cinemas. Throwback to 2015. The Force was strong. The t-shirt’s stitching was stronger.
