Re today’s Milburn report: I realise it is a long report but I would encourage interested folk to have a look at it all rather than react to snippets in the media.
"Number 10 has had literally no strategic or coordinating capacity, outside of national security, for almost two decades, which is frankly insane." It is bizarre & self-defeating that a number of PM's have chosen not to sort this.
