A state Supreme Court justice has dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed against the Times Union by Albany criminal defense attorney Jasper Mills related to the paper’s coverage of two June 2024 court hearings, as well as an editorial that argued against Mills' candidacy as a Family Court judge.
