I agree but would also stress that this is not universal; it would be both accurate and Good to say that about the Republican Party, and we should be hearing every level of Democratic politicians saying it
I think it's bad that the deputy White House chief of staff goes on television and claims that “the Democratic Party has decided that its mission, its purpose in life, is to dissolve the Republic that we enjoy, not only our way of life, our history, our citizenry, our rights, our freedoms.”
