In a normal Presidency this would trigger a public warning to Putin and a reaffirmation of US commitment to NATO. Probably a shift of air defence assets too, to emphasise the point. With Trump we’ll probably get crickets, or open support for Putin with an excuse for this.

Russian drones breached NATO airspace in Latvia overnight, with one striking an oil storage facility in Rēzekne and two more crashing nearby.
A criminal investigation has been launched into the incident.
