Another woman was on her phone while waiting. Nurse comes out, says her name a few times, and the woman just ignores her. The nurse gave up and went back into the office. Came back like 3 minutes later and walked right up to the woman and SHE STILL IGNORED THE NURSE.
I’m at my surgeons office… and the play by play of what’s happening in the waiting room could be an SNL skit.
People are weird and rude and strange.
I’m just sitting here watching it all unfold. Give me popcorn, delay my appointment by 30 minutes, this is fun.

A nurse came out to call someone back for their appointment and instead of getting up, she just raised her hand and said “here!”
A medical sales rep (a male, mind you) keeps trying to crack jokes. No one is having it. This is a OBGYN office. The male presence is not wanted or welcome here and he cannot take a hint.

I have the day off of work today so that I can go to various appointments. Cheddar is not happy about it. He basically demanded that I open my office door for him today so that he can stick to his routine, even if I’m not sticking to mine. (I think he just wanted his daily nap on the lovesac though)
