She’s very aware of her overly plump pair shaped body, kinda can’t when basic tasks like walking becomes a waddle cause all that inner thigh fat is fighting for room forcing her into a wider stance, least sitting anywhere is comfy for the most part, getting back up though might be a bit difficult
