As we head into the final few weeks of school, it’s normal to feel tired or overwhelmed. 💛 If you need this reminder today…..
💛 Be kind to yourself
💜 Reach out if you need support
💙 Take time to recharge
❤️ Self-care isn’t selfish
#TakeCareOfYourself
You can feel lost and still be finding your way. You can be exhausted and still be resilient. Healing comes in waves, not straight lines. Be gentle with yourself on the days your strength feels quieter than usual.
School can get busy, so don’t forget to pause and breathe. 💜 Taking a few slow, deep breaths can help calm stress, clear your mind, and reset your focus. Inhale slowly, exhale gently, and give yourself a moment to recharge. You’ve got this!
We all can get overwhelmed at times. “Stuff” happens that we don’t expect. Take a pause, reflect, make a change, breathe & then take control. 💛🖤
🎶 This #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, Take action for your mental health by listening to music that lifts your mood 💜
Music can help us relax, feel connected, & reset during tough days.

🤩 There really are no words!
Mrs Brown, Mrs Edwards & Mrs Scott have just watched one of the most spectacular school shows we’ve ever seen. Watching our young people shine with confidence & find where they belong was so special. We couldn’t be prouder. Not a dry eye between us! 🥹✨
☀️ The sun is shining today — so get outside for some fresh air when you can. Whether it’s at break, lunchtime or after school, a little daylight can help boost mood, focus & energy levels, leaving you feeling more refreshed 🌤️😌
Pupils enjoyed playing UNO during #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek 💙 This year’s theme, “Take Action”, reminds us that simple activities like playing together, laughing and connecting can support positive wellbeing every day. #TakeActionForMentalHealth #WellbeingInSchools #PositiveMinds
Change isn’t always easy. As pupils settle into new timetables today, it’s important to remember that feeling nervous or uncertain is completely normal. Talking about worries can help make new routines feel more manageable. 💜
