I truly don't think the frustration most people are having is that a character didn't outright say "I'm trans" but the dancing around all of it in the end, to say nothing about it when the world could benefit from any pro trans media is where so many are hurting right now

can i be frank and say the post 2010s turn of "this character is not explicitly queer & trans unless they turn to the camera and directly say their identity" which while coming from positive intentions of explicit representation which is Good has sort of had the downside of queer/trans erasure

TADC does literally everything short of having Jax mug at the camera and go "oh, by the way, i'm a GIRL"
people are just inserting their own transphobia into the tiny crack of "there's evidence, sure, but no smoking gun"
