Mark Carney’s AI strategy suggests Canadians’ concerns about AI will evaporate if they become more “literate” about the technology. In trying to boost industry, Carney ignores many of the biggest concerns about generative AI and data centres. If anyone needs to become more AI literate, it’s him.
