The best system to get a Mexican sounding name is to find a Sanctorale, find your birthday, and take the name of one of the saints for that day.
If your birthday is today, then you are Asterio, or Asteria, or Petra, or Petro, after San Asterio de Petra.
You can also choose another saint. Then you have two birthdays, or a birthday and a saint-day you get to claim.
