yay my talk wasn’t selected for a conference this fall!
luckily this means i don’t have to do a ton of work on it and stress about it for months.
gotta look at the bright side of things :)
remembering the time i went to a place in tennessee and asked for a coke and they asked me if RC Cola was ok.
I just picked up a ticket to see Shinedown in person.
I haven't been to a concert in probably one and a half decades?
Can't pass up seeing my favorite band in person when they'll be so close.
Project Hail Mary is my favorite movie, it unseated The Martian and I've seen PHM at least 25 times since I saw it in theaters and it was released for digital.
so good.
I installed macOS 27 beta.
thanks past job for giving me a laptop when ya laid me off for me to use for whatever I guess.
it's been largely taking up space on my desk, since I tend to switch between current job's laptop and my other personal laptop.... then the beta came out today and I was like OOOH I don't have to take my chances with my primary personal laptop!
I so love being able to make tools for myself and my coworkers that make sense.
Got some work coming shortly for Atlas Workspaces soon that's going to unlock scripting workflows to spin up workspaces, spin up terminals/agents and then continue onward.

earlier this year I wrote a news aggregator for myself so I could stop getting overwhelmed with all the bull on news sites.
It's a gentler way to consume the news and find what I care about. replaces my weather apps too in one stop.
I never published this publicly. Maybe I should though...
being a regular at a food place is awesome. there’s this local mexican place that lets me make a custom dish and it rocks.
Yesterday Apple released the #Python SDK for the Foundation Models for the stuff in the macOS 27 beta
So I made a #ruby version. Working to get it built for rubygems and whatnot, but usable if you're on macOS 27 beta and running Xcode 27
