I appreciated what this movie attempted to do, even if I wished the final result was stronger. As it is, it just feels like a lesser Toy Story 3 for the universe of Cars.
The stuff related to Doc however, was excellent. Not just the handling of the character, but all of his former friends as well.

I'll tell y'all a fact about myself:
This was the first EVER Brenner era episode I remember watching. Now 13 years later, it still holds up so damn well. Definitely a favorite CGI episode for me
I might not be in love with it as other people are, but I still massively respect what Gravity Falls was able to accomplish, not just raising the bar for cartoons within Disney, but American kids animation as a whole.
So massive kudos to this one.
