Another piece of British justice under Starmer just got eroded. These people were initially charged under the Terrorism Act, however the Court Case was NOT depicted as Terrorism to the jury. Then a switcheroo back to Terrorism for the harst sentencing.

Use of the Terrorism Act is overkill and designed to chill disent but these courtroom antics are very disturbing and could be extended into other areas.
So if you are a juror from now on, assume that the judge will be using harsher sentencing that you expect from now on.
