Israel has ordered all Lebanese civilians to move north of the Zahrani River or be considered fair game for bombardment. I sit here wondering, if Lebanon ordered all Israeli civilians to move south of Haifa, or Egypt ordered them to move north of Ashkelon, who on earth would expect them to comply?
