Caught the ‘slug line’ to Manchester from Leeds in the rain yesterday, a journey that seemed to go on forever.
Anyway, we went to the Royal Exchange Theatre to see this splendid play about Manchester. Purchased myself this book from the spiffing Waterstones they have there. A good day.
