Thinking of future gnarled beauty as well as conserving biodiversity, Ian Sanders has been introducing Black Poplar clones from Suffolk to West Oxon. Here a clone from Thelnetham in Suffolk is thriving on the floodplain at Shipton-Under-Wychwood in the Evenlode valley.
