Bart Maddens is deze week in Bogotá om de presidentsverkiezingen (31 mei) van dichtbij te volgen via participerende observatie. Zondag woonde hij de slotmanifestatie bij van de centrumrechtse kandidate Paloma Valencia. Zij wordt misschien de eerste vrouwelijke presidente van Colombia!
