We achieved 150 MHz pixel rates with low mean power, low peak intensity, and low energy per pulse. These illumination parameters are critical for minimizing sample heating, nonlinear photodamage, fluorophore photobleaching, and saturation during high-speed live imaging with multiphoton microscopy.
