So James Tracy had the story on the Lowe debacle on OTB this morning... Lowe was already on a 1+1 deal that would take him up to the RWC. He was expecting this was going ahead. They pulled the +1 option "in the dying hours". Days later they put a contract in front of him on ½ the money.
