If im honest recovery has been incredibly lonely sometimes. I think I have just been needing more engagement in general for a long time though, recovering just makes it hard to even grasp at what I have had sometimes. Grateful to ne recovering and I'm pondering how to connect with folks more.
The thing that a lot of folks that talk about trans men like we have extra privileges miss is we were treated like women by society. A lot of us still are. That doesn't change just because we figure out we're trans. This conversation is so tired and does nothing but alienate us from each other.
We can lift each other up and talk about our experiences and hear each other without continuing to erase folks and their experiences.

Went to a fun non profit art studio/museum today, its called Terra Studios in Durham, AR. There were beautiful outdoor spaces there too
