1/Not sure I agree with KW being lumped in with TO, MTL and Van as not doing enough to address the shortage of family-sized homes/gentle density in terms of affordability. Kitchener has surpassed its housing targets 3 years running. Waterloo moved faster than almost anyone else on fourplexes.
