The cartoon illustrated precisely what was going on. Netanyahu blamed the Australian Prime Minister for the Bondi killings. Effectively, he did "beat the drum" to which others marched, defaming & punishing critics of Israel's conduct as "antisemitic". APC's action illustrates the point.
