[June 11th, 1986] Since 1985, approximately 160 Lake Tahoe residents have been diagnosed with a mysterious, chronic flu-like illness. Most victims are healthy women near age 40 who experience fatigue and memory issues. Doctors suspect it may be a chronic version of the Epstein-Barr virus.
