From there you gotta do the character styles (bold-italics) yourself and reference the actual script to know where they go, but, that's Just Illustrator Things.
For good reason too. Character styles are easy to modify.

Put lots of text with new-line breaks into one Point Type or Area Type and it'll split them up for you.
