Where am I?
What a huge privilege it is to call the gorgeous @gloucestercathedral.org.uk my office for this week. ❤️ ✝️
It has been ten (10) days since my hair was last cut and thinned, and it already feels noticeably thicker. The Eckerusla family hair genes are frankly ridiculous.
(My dad, at age 64, still has a full head of hair - most of it still dark - so I shouldn't really be surprised. But still.)

Today has been a striking sign of just how much #AuDHD burnout (for me, at least) masquerades as depression. I have a growing suspicion that my massive mental health breakdown when I was 16 - from which I'm still picking up the pieces 13.5 years later - was less random than I originally thought... 🧠
I don't really talk about this, because I'm actually quite private about my personal life, but many many years ago Tony Head took me under his wing and showed me the kind of person I could be. It's not an exaggeration to say that I'm the person I am today because of the kindness he showed me.
