🚨 And in Hannover too, @social.verdi.de members are protesting today at the Health Ministers’ Conference against dangerous cuts to health and care funding.
Across Germany and across Europe, public service workers are saying the same thing: fund services, protect jobs, respect collective bargaining!
✊Solidarity with @social.verdi.de Bavaria, taking action today to defend healthcare and the social state.
Their call is at the heart of the #PublicServicesEmergency: no cuts to health services, no pressure on workers, no austerity at the expense of patients and communities!
Politico’s Morning Health Care newsletter picked up EPSU’s call: Europe must address the #PublicServicesEmergency.
This matters - because workers’ demands are reaching decision-makers.
Now we need action: more staff, fair pay, better conditions and quality public healthcare!
Join the @glu-network.bsky.social webinar to discuss how trade unions are building workers’ power to confront the rise of the far right.
