HRT has been dealt with.
I can get food for the next week.

As it stands:
I'm not going to be able to get food/cover bills.
The dental infection issue is just going to get worse.
I will not be able to continue HRT for transitioning.
I'll be left wearing tattered rags.
I'm out of options and time is shortening.

I don't know what else to do guys. I'm sorry to keep pushing to ask, as I've said so many times previously, I hate having to ask, there is nowhere else for me to turn and I don't know what I'm expected to do here.

Issues listed in the QRT are still ongoing and my options are becoming desperately limited - cost of my HRT has gone up and the dental issue remains.

HRT is up for renewal and I will soon be out of what I currently have
Dental issue per QRP
The usual food and bills issue due to my circumstances.
Clothing is becoming frayed, unfit for wear
