Situation:
HRT is up for renewal and I will soon be out of what I currently have
Dental issue per QRP
The usual food and bills issue due to my circumstances.
Clothing is becoming frayed, unfit for wear

I continue to require assistance, and it seems there is going to be urgent dental treatment in the very immediate future, as in, this week (which isn't easy in UK). Any help will be massively appreciated.
