Just filled out my @romancingthevote.com donation form for one of the most dazzling things I’ve ever made out of glass beads and 24k gold and crystal!
For example I recently bought a 70s sewing manual from a charity shop but unfortunately it had some pages missing. Not only is the complete book on the Internet Archive but also many magazines by the same publisher:

I recommend to anyone interested in vintage and antique knitting and crochet to check out the Internet Archive because there are so many books available on there for free!

Thanks, It's Got POCKETS!
Happy Worldwide Knit in Public Day 🧶, friends! That’s the theme for today’s #ShowMeYourKnits! Perfect for showing off your travel knits, game-watching, coffee-having!
I’ll go out later (prob for more coffee), but here’s last year’s in-progress i-cord for a Talitha beanie…and the FO. #WKIP2026
Dress, Nebraska USA, 1902
I'm light on details here - can't even tell the fabric!
A simultaneously muted and extravagant dress. Extraordinary decorative detailing, but its just so dark! In bright sunlight I reckon it would be a sight to behold.

🧶 Today is World Wide Knit in Public Day 🌍 a reminder that preservation is not passive, it's made a stitch at a time.
