Shay Stewart-Bouley
I'll be the 2nd guest on the show.
After months of covering this race and meeting all the candidates, I'll just say the national media doesn't do its job. I am grateful for the few minutes I had to talk about Maine voters.
My latest thoughts on the Maine Senate race after the weekend revelations. Sorry, no comments. open.substack.com/pub/shaystew...
An important look – through the various comment threads under @chanda.blacksky.app's post about @blackgirlinmaine.bsky.social's substack piece – on the Maine primary race for the US Senate Dem nomination, focusing on two candidates & who has reached out to Maine's BIPOC population. #MEpolitics
If you want to know why Maine isn't gung-ho about Janet Mills. Here are my thoughts over on Substack. open.substack.com/pub/shaystew...

As probably one of the only media/journalist types anywhere to have met with every remaining candidate in the Maine US Senate race. None of them have a track record in politics that will guide us to know what type of senator they will be. We are all taking their word for it.
My final piece on Graham Platner and the US Senate race. At almost 5000 words, it's long but based on several meetings with Platner and others. I'm not arguing with people online, so there are no comments. Life is too short to be stressed. open.substack.com/pub/shaystew...
