Aside from the amusing coincidence of the headline, a genuinely interesting sounding idea this set.
OK, this is the last thing I'm saying on this: note the line in the press release that says the tender is "in line with the BBC’s Charter and Agreement requirements". This is how the BBC works now: they *have* to put the properties they own out to tender. www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/...
