I know I'm seen as being down on Rejoin, but I have nothing against it in principle. It is a legitimate, admirable and worthy goal for Britain. By all means campaign for it, if that's what you want; start building a head of steam for it. I just observe that it'll be harder than you think (IMHO)...

Joining the EU without a referendum (just an election) is not, regrettably, a good idea. The UK now uses referendums for big 'national destiny' questions. Anything less would not be sustainable and we'd probably need a 'confirmatory' referendum within a few years. www.arguably.uk/p/sadiq-khan...
