I have sat face to face with detainees inside Delaney—high schoolers, elderly folks, a pregnant woman, people detained while waiting for court hearings.
They told us the horrible conditions they face: lack of medical care, moldy food. Delaney Hall needs to be shut down.
Governor Gavin Newsom
The Trump administration charged her with a felony for showing up. She showed up again to fight for migrant rights and close an infamous for-profit detention center in New Jersey.
Immigrants held in detention at Delaney Hall and their families are in critical need of basic necessities, groceries, transportation, and funds to call families and lawyers.
