Thinking of the gross mischaracterisation that some public figures have been doing of the Suffragettes, one can imagine how teaching of history thru AI (for making it "more lively") will be sanitised by regimes & privileged groups to serve a narrative. Hell, they already do it for MLK.

There's an enormous difference between reading and teaching the toned-down book and AI-generating a persona to answer student queries based on that neutralized archive. And that's just one problem with this form of historical fantasy-spinning. 10/n
