Do you ever think about how biazarre Deltarune is as like, a concept. A guy made an extremely popular indie game, then went ahead and made a new game that shares a lot of the same characters but under vastly different contexts. The new game isn't a sequel to the original one btw.

It's impossible to overestimate how important the RPG Maker community is to video games, so many classic games in the past 35 years were either made by the community or inspired by them. To see one of their main knowledge banks nonchalantly wiped away like this is disgusting.

The fact that Deltarune's marketing slogan is "Deltarune is waiting" is so interesting to me... Like the game itself is alive and waiting for us to play it as opposed to us waiting for it to release.
