i'm annoyed because i emailed a specialty auto shop months ago about leaky sunroof and damage, and it wasn't until i complained to my regular shop guys that they hadn't responded that they suddenly called me out of the blue.
they had the message the whole time and chose not to respond. months!!!

living in the south again is always wondering ... are businesses not responding to me because they're busy/just missed the message, or would they suddenly have plenty of time if it had been my husband who contacted them
