To be clear I don't think these comments carry that intent. Like most problematic opinions it's a systemic societal issue that we internalised.
I'm not in the US, so I'm thinking about the UK, where we don't have as much space, and, I think we don't have huge crop monocultures in quite the same way in our farming industry.
