Several Xbox-owned studios are reportedly at risk of closure following the company's announcement of a company reset.
Double Fine, Ninja Theory and Compulsion Games are in "active negotiations" to find ways to spin-off from Xbox, according to Bloomberg, with more potentially in the same position.
The news follows reports of major layoffs at Microsoft’s gaming arm that would occur in July 2026.
