Morning all. Hope you're all well. My doctor has said I need to lose weight as I have a syrinx (fluid filled cavity) in my spinal cord from surgery on my back about 15 years ago and being overweight can exacerbate symptoms. So, with the help of my wife, I've started couch to 5k. Day 2 - wish me luck
