The Board, *as usual,* is dead on correct in this thread.
My own take is the same as always: 400 years of white male supremacy have made white men lazy, incurious and ignorant, but absolutely convinced of their own intellectual and moral superiority.
So they just can’t SEE this guy for what he is.
