just had a sudden insight that I think will end, once and for all, the debate over whether Delhi or Mumbai is more like NYC... Mumbai (as others have said) represents a combination of NYC and LA. Delhi, for better or worse, combines aspects of Boston and Washington, DC
this appears self-evident to me, has nothing to do with my admitted pro-Mumbai bias, and i'm sure will be accepted without controversy

Read the article, there is no "fix," no new idea, just Google committing in a blog post to being transparent and looking for alternative water sources. No enforcement mechanisms, no consequences.
