As a physicist I find this hilarious.
The angle of the photo is so shallow that it’s almost impossible to see the color of the water; at that angle, in that lighting, the water almost 100% just reflects the sky.
So congrats to Dept of Interior for figuring out how to make the water blue, I guess?
