Do you like words? Do you like witty sub-headings? My latest blog has them both. I heartily recommend reading it, swooning a bit, subscribing, and then telling all your mates about it. Good Advice.
A reminder, between 2020-24, of the 1,906 pedestrian deaths, motorists accounted for 1,897 (over 99.5%). And speed is a contributing factor in 50% of those (exceeding the speed limit - 21%, driving too fast for the conditions - 29%). Media focus is the inverse of reality. road.cc/news/son-urg...

I find myself suddenly concerned by doorframes.
Rubbish sleep as I was fretting about prosthetics/physio appt today - at last hoping to address some socket fit issues, returning some missing height, and trying to get bike to fit. Exhausting. Just want to ride my bike on the turbo.
Back at 190cm/6ft3”. The process begins again. Stretching, crutches, stick, build distance and technique. Speed comes later. But a good start here. (I do need a shave). “After climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb.” Madiba

One step forward, two steps back. Nobody said it would be easy. Last three weeks have been interesting. Latest blog is another monster. Please comment, like, share! tomstaniford.substack.com/p/30-snakes-...
