Delighted to find Ophioglossum azoricum with @timoceallaigh.bsky.social at a site in Connemara. It was smaller in size with fewer sporangia on the fertile spike when compared to O. vulgatum & was in the right habitat: coastal grassland
This will be the first tetrad record for this Red Listed fern.
Recorded Phaeoceros laevis with sporophytes on an earthbank in Co Kerry. Its always nice to find hornworts during surveys!
