I get that they think this is uplifting in some way, but this messaging is maddening. No, it's not sufficient that the trans community will "persist" (who? how many? for how many decades?) We need to fight for our youth, not accept defeat, and not just in courtrooms or with political decorum.
It's wild how much crashing out we're seeing in defense of a shitty white guy and the demographics might not surprise you.
