Following up because someone came into this post & implied I'm lying or crazy about the harmful defenses of Platner's abuse, I offer some examples. These are not defenses of policy, which I'm told is the reason for the passionate support. These are defenses & normalization of abuse & bigotry:

Anyway my position on Platner is I don't live in Maine. I would vote against Collins obviously bc I'm a pragmatic voter. But the men defending him bc he's saving them from being neutered or actually it's heroic to rough women up a little & who here hasn't had a nazi phase are no different than MAGA.
