Game is hard! At about the same amount of time it took me to finish Gradius 1 now, and still a ways off the clear. The sort of game that would be an easy clear with infinite continues, but you get so few lives that a few silly mistakes have cost me so many runs. :'D

Wanted more PC Engine shooter goodness in my life and started learning this one today. It's very basic and feels like the relatively early game that it is. But I sort of like! Tough game though. D: Plays by the same rules as PC Engine Gradius 1 in that you only get one credit to finish the game.
