Buy lawarxiv.info and have Claude or even real humans(!) code a reboot.
Get on the law librarian listserv and spread news about the new common repository.
A collective action problem, but solvable.

Standard alternative needed, & fast. @socarxiv.bsky.social is perhaps a good model. Would love to see widespread buy-in from law libraries (& philanthropies run by former law librarians like @palfrey.org). Lawarxiv would be cheap to code/reboot; solvable collective action prob to get everyone on it.
