I'm assuming they're either papier mâché on chicken wire or painted foam rubber. It's possible they're plaster?
At any rate, anyone who wants to keep them in an outdoor rock garden is going to be disappointed!
So basically taxpayers are paying to build these stadiums, but they don’t own the stadium, AND they can’t even afford to purchase tickets to go watch games due to poverty wages. Billionaires are socializing the cost to do business, but then privatizing the profits… ok.
